User management and invitations
When you add a user in "User Management" on the admin screen, an invitation email is sent. You only enter email addresses; separate several with line breaks or commas to add them at once. New users get their email address as the name and the "User" role, which you can edit later. If email sending is not configured, give the login URL to the user yourself.
There are two roles: "User" and "Admin". You can also reset passwords (at least 8 characters) and change roles here.
Activity logs
In "Logs", you can review records of operations such as creating, updating, and deleting notes and managing users.
The five most recent operations are also shown in the "Tenant overview" on the admin screen.
IP address restriction
In "Tenant Settings", enter the allowed IP addresses or CIDR ranges, one per line. Lines starting with # are comments. Leave it empty to allow access from any IP address.
If your current IP address is not in the list, you are warned before saving. Be careful not to lock yourself out.
Plan
The free plan allows up to 500 notes (excluding the Trash) and up to 100 MB of images in total, and shows ads on note pages. The paid plan has no limits on notes or image storage, and no ads.
If you switch back to the free plan while over the limit, existing notes are kept, but no new notes can be created until you are below the limit.
Webhook
Send note updates and comments to a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel. Register a webhook URL that starts with https://.
Choose the target (all notes or a specific note) and the events (Note updated / Comment). To pause notifications, clear "Enabled".
Folder permissions and API key access
In folder settings, choose the visibility (Public / Members only / Private / Admin Only). Notes in the folder follow that setting by default.
API keys can read and write notes only in folders where "Allow access with API keys" is turned on. Turn it on in "All Notes Settings" to cover every folder.
Trash retention
Deleted notes stay in the Trash for 30 days and are then permanently deleted automatically.
Within those 30 days, users can restore notes from the Trash themselves.
